Brief Project Background

PRESENTATION:

Commonly through the spoken press, writing and televised are heard critics to the service rendered by public institutions, for now for the inoperância of their equipments, for now for the unpreparedness of the servants, but almost that frequently for the archaic work methods put at your disposal. They are routine the auctions for fleet maintenance. But it will be that really to the need to buy everything or it will be that this having waste of public resources. What does in Cristais Paulista to control our fleet that now is of 40(quarenta vehicles) and trips.

Thinking about that, it was implanted starting from 1999, a new one systematic of fleet control and trips aiming at to control the expenses. They were necessary the investments in equipments and personnel''s training, seeking to adapt to the systematic of total control and like this avoiding unnecessary expenses. And with that eliminating 100% of some employee''s risk to remove advantage in moving resources for itself. He/she settled since then a new relationship, of respect and commitments with the public resources.

The System of FLEET and TRIPS were developed to integrate all of the functions related maintenance and control through a vision including and modern sistêmica making possible to drift, to accompany, to control and to execute all of the managerial and strategic operational activities.

It is capable to assist quickly to the changes in the control of expenses of fuel, services and trips, providing fundamental information the constant evolution of an important service for the population: transport and trip. He/she makes the complete control of the expenses regarding the vehicles and trips.

Guaranteeing Income and Quality for the Municipal district

The City hall of Crystals From São Paulo now bill with an effective instrument in the administration of the Municipal Fleet and trip, reducing the unnecessary expenses that it is consequent and natural fact of the use of the system due to the high degree of integration of functions as planning, attendance and control of all of the phases in all of the processes of this service, that it is constituted of fundamental importance for the Citizenship and for the Municipal Population.

Results

Main Functions


Maintenance of Registers of the vehicles, suppliers, driver, trips, wear and tear of tires with the series number, provisioning with km/rodados control or km/horas, medium consumption of fuel, itineraries, revisions, kilometragem, Serbian of oil change and pieces and many other. He/she executes the agendamento of trips driver scale and several expense of trip.

Consultations, Reports and Graphic Statistics;
Control of fines and legal increments; Fines (infractions, notifications, withdrawal guides etc) to the drivers that to disrespect the laws of I; Control of expirations of CNH and Documentations.

Administrative processes (opening, attendance, rulings, etc.);

He/she inspects (control of periods, support to the inspection and emission of certificates);

Fiscalization (planning, support to the fiscal action and blacklists);

Service (I register, attendance, control and answer);

Administration and Safety (it controls of access, tables and customizações).
