Public Agenda (Accra) - Ghana and Nigeria have put their trade dispute behind them and formed a new alliance to fight cyber-crime.
The Director of Criminal Investigations Department, David Asante- Apeatu said the activities of the fraudsters are eroding the potential of e-commerce in Ghana, as well as affecting the country's credibility abroad and her economic development. It is on record that most of the email-fraudsters, popularly called 419 operating in Ghana are from Nigeria.
