The UNDP Special Unit for South-South Cooperation is inviting nominations for initiatives with successful experiences using knowledge networks to promote the sharing of local knowledge. Selected nominees will be asked to develop a case study of their initiative and to present and discuss their experience at an international workshop in Trieste, Italy in June 2005. The case studies will be published by the UNDP Special Unit for South-South Cooperation as volume 13 of the series: Sharing Innovative Experiences.
National and local governmental agencies, NGOs, and scientific and technological institutions are invited to propose potential contributors as soon as possible. Self nominations are welcome. Nominations can be submitted online at http://www.undp.org/ssc/vol13.
